We Love Your Pets As Much As You Do!

At Iroquois Village, we welcome pets with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.

· Monthly pet rent for dogs is $50 per dog, or $75 for two dogs.
· Monthly pet rent for cats is $40 per cat, or $60 for two cats.
· There are no weight limits for pets, but certain breeds are restricted, including Rottweilers, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Mastiff, Cane Corso, and any aggressive or dangerous breeds. Other pets may be considered with management approval.
· Please note that fees and rents do not apply to service or support animals.

We also offer a community bark park and walking trails for your furry friends.
